The short version
Pallas Internships doesn't ask you for any personal information, and there are no accounts, signup forms or advertising trackers. Browsing the listings doesn't require you to tell us anything about yourself. The services that run the site do handle some technical data, described below.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It is cookieless: it doesn't set cookies on your device. For each page view it records:
- The page you visited and the time of the visit
- Query parameters in the page's address (filtered)
- The site you came from, if any
- Your approximate location (country, region and city)
- Your device type and operating system
- Your browser and its version
To count a repeat visit only once, Vercel works out a code from your request. It is discarded after 24 hours, and it isn't used to follow you across other sites. We only see the totals, never individual visitors.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel, a US company with servers around the world, so your request may be handled outside the EU. As with any website, your browser has to share your IP address with the servers it connects to in order to receive the page.
The listings are stored in a Supabase database in Ireland. It holds facts about job postings, not data about visitors, and your browser never connects to it directly.
Cookies
We set no cookies for visitors. The only cookies on this site are login cookies for our own admin tool, which is used only by the people who run Pallas Internships.
Links to employers
Listings link to employers' own websites. Their privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
Your rights
Our legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and keeping it running (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
You can ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of any data about you. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, email contact@example.com. If you email us, we receive your address and your message, and use them only to reply.
